Of course! You can drive straight up the museum’s entrance to drop someone off. No parking allowed since you will risk a fine.

Our museum is wheelchair accessible, however please call or send an email beforehand, so that we can activate the entrance elevator close to outside stairs. Afterwards you can easily go by elevator yourself to the first floor, where the museum is located. A large part of the videogames are available seated.

Yes, you can buy tickets online via our website. We advise you to book your tickets in advance, especially during busy periods such as weekends and school holidays, since we have limited space in our museum.

Of course you can! Just go up to our counter and purchase a ticket. Keep in mind, that we are not able to accept cash.

Correct! Your ticket is valid for two hours to enjoy the museum. After those two hours you can leave through the main entrance.

You can visit the museum outside the set timeslot of two hours, however if you come outside of the set timeslot you may have less time to visit the museum.

This voucher grants admission to the interactive video game museum GamePlaza. There, visitors can play unlimited games for two hours on classic consoles, arcade machines, PCs and much more in a lively and interactive environment.
